Daylight, Moonlight, St. Patty's Day, Easter and Spring!

Time to Celebrate!

We got St. Patty's Day, Daylight Savings, a full moon, the Spring Equinox, and Easter all within 2 weeks! Whoa!

Exciting things happening in Basalt Colorado:
Lisa Denardo, town horticulturalist, is out planting in Basalt. Lisa makes Basalt look fantastic and vibrant with flowers and plants. Thanks, Lisa!

At Higher Spa & Studio, we are conducting a study on Musicians and Pain Relief. If you are a musician in Colorado who has pain or injuries, and you would like to participate in our program, please contact us. Go to the Higher Spa website for our phone and address.

Spring Break is in full swing, so visitors from all over the country are skiing (and snowboarding) on sunny, blue-sky days.

Around Basalt, locals are feeling Spring Fever. Families are taking spring break getaways, you can feel ski season melting away, and cyclists are tuning up their bikes. (Joel and Will are busy tuning at Basalt Bike & Ski).

Is your body in tune? Let us help you get there!

p.s.- We will soon be releasing our new pain relief guide for musicians. Look for Sign Up information, coming soon! Go to Pain Free U for more info on pain relief.
