How can you exerciseintensely enough for weight loss, toning up, and improving overall health? Here are some tips:
* Regularly try new activities. Keep your mind and body challenged. Your muscles want variety, and you will see greater results when you vary your workouts.
* Try Interval Training (IT). This involves bursts of greater intensity. If you are walking, pick a visual spot in the distance and jog to it. Then go back to your brisk walking pace.
