How soda impacts your health: NBA star's tale

Good for you, Caron Butler! This NBA basketball star knew he had an addiction that was negatively impacting his health, his time, and his game. What's your game? Whether it's basketball, or the "sport of life", soda has serious negative consequences on your health.
Caron demonstrated that soda can add pounds, even if you're an athlete who burns more calories every day than most of us burn in a week. He also discusses how it impacted his focus. He gave alot of attention to his soda-drinking.
