Got a bad sunburn lately?

If you have been having too much fun in the sun lately, or maybe tried too hard to get your does of vitamin D, then here are good suggestions to ease your burn and discomfort:



A bit of vitamin D is healthy for strong bones and other physical functions. But staying out, unprotected, sets us up for sunburn. Anticipate when you'll be spending long times in the sun, and plan to protect.
