Muscle Pain and Soft Tissue Injury: Is your pain becoming an injury?

We often get muscle pain that we think will go away on its own. Or maybe we'll take care of it "one day", when we have more time, less stress, etc.

Meanwhile, the nagging ache or pain that distracts you may be turning into a more serious injury. Soft tissue injuries can be tough to heal, so it's best to take those muscle pains seriously from early on.

This article describes some of the connections between muscle pain and soft tissue injuries, like Repetitive Strain Injuries (RSIs):

Ask yourself those questions, and start healing that muscle pain right away! Don't let it become a bigger monster that won't heal.
